One recommendation must be for a Policy and the other recommendation must be for a Procedure. Your recommendations are what you believe to be important. (i.e. 2 x recommendations in total)

3. Who in the workplace would you need to consult with about the recommendations you have identified?

4. Explain the strategies you would use to communicate changes to the Policies and Procedures to staff, including if any staff training will be required (to ensure staff implement your recommended changes correctly).
