Explain the following scenarios:

a) Mr. Baber (bailee) without the consent of Mr. Ibraheem (bailor), mixes the goods of Mr. Ibraheem with his own goods in such a manner that it is impossible to separate the goods bailed from the other goods and deliver them back. What are the remedies available with Mr. Ibraheem?

b) Mr. Akbar hired photocopy machine @ Rs. 500/hour for a day from Mr. Sagheer. Machine got out of order and was repaired by Mr. Akbar for Rs. 10,000. Can Mr. Akbar demand this amount from Mr. Sagheer?
