On Monday June 1, Tasha offered to sell Pablo her guitar for $100. Pablo asked for time to think about it and Tasha told him that her offer would remain open until Thursday June 4 at 11.59 pm. On Wednesday June 3, Tasha sold the guitar to Uniqua and called Pablo to tell him that she was revoking her offer. Pablo reminded her that she had given him until the following day to accept and that she was legally bound to do so. On Thursday June 4, at 1 pm, Pablo called Tasha and advised her that he was accepting the offer. li. On Monday June 1, Tasha called Uniqua, Pablo and Austin who all lived in separate cities and offered to sell each of them her guitar. They all told her that they would get back to her with their answer. On Tuesday June 2 at 2pm, Austin called Tasha and told her that he was accepting her offer. Later that same day, Pablo called Tasha and told her he was accepting the offer. The next day, Uniqua called Tasha and told her the she was accepting the offer.
