explain this to me: NDEX LABELS: Since originally 4 & 5= "Strongly agree and SomewhatAgree," when you add up respondents that said "4 or 5" on all 3 variables, you get a combined score of 3. So the new value of "3" means they "Always Agree" in these 3 situations. Since originally 0 = "Not Agree," if a respondent had a new score of "0" in each dummy, the "Not Agree" means that they NEVER agreed in any of these situations - so when you add all 3, if you end up with a score of "0" it would have a label as "Never Agree". Then you need to assign LOGICAL labels to categories 1 and 2 that go between categories 0 and 3
