SCENARIOS

  1. Daysia is a great employee, but she repeatedly comes in late for her shift, despite warnings. 3. Felix lives with a roommate, Oscar, who rarely does his share of the household chores. Felix can't stand the constant mess, so he tells himself, "I am just going to take it all on. I am better at housework anyway." When Oscar realizes that Felix is doing all the chores, he simply says, "Thanks! You're so efficient."
  4. Chyla is extremely upset with a friend for not showing up at an event for which they had RSVP'd. Chyla had to pay for the catering out of her own pocket. When Chyla next sees her friend, they are in a group, and her friend acts like nothing happened. Chyla wants to go off on her, but knows it's the wrong time, so she smiles and gives her a half-hearted hug. She doesn't talk to her friend the rest of the evening.
  5. Blakely is still living at home and needs a dedicated car to go back and forth to work.
