Express Plus Medicare mobile app is a digital free service app developed by the Australian government to help Australians manage their Medicare at any time. With it, Australian users can make a claim, view or save their proof of vaccination, enrol their babies in Medicare, update their bank and contact details, manage their Medicare card and the people on it, check their Medicare safety net balance, confirm their family, manage their organ donation decision, access their digital donor card, view their healthcare identifier, and find a Medicare service centre. This app will record the following detailed data about Australian users: (1) their details (Name, Date of birth, Individual Healthcare Identifier, Descent, Primary spoken language other than English, Residential Postal Address, Phone number, Bank details, Email address, ; (2) proof of vaccinations (Immunisation history, immunisation certificate and statement; (3) claim history (Date, Provider, Cost to Claimant, Benefit paid, Total cost); (4) organ donation (for people registering organ donation only); (5) safety net (General threshold, out of pocket costs; When a service (claim or enrol etc) is finished, the system records the history or updated information and stores it in its database. Your Research Task: As a database expert, you are invited to make a recommendation for the backend database solution to store these data about jobs. Commercial DBMS vendors can supply one of the following platforms for this purpose.
