Externalized cost just reminds up me with an idea of additional payment for plastic using, using plastic in U.S becomes more seriously for my point of view. That is why I am always thinking about charging more fee add to taxes for any customer who want to own a plastic cup or plastic bag while buying goods. And the best option for them in order to reduce the plastic fee and protect the environment too they should bring their own container from home instead. How you think about this situation ??
