Later, the captain went to the restaurant's owner telling him what had been happened, and submitted him a detail report about Sara's performance. The owner came to the restaurant hall, and asked Sara what happened? She answered everything is O.K, but he said, in front Of the guests, "you are the worst waitress I have ever seen", and ordered her to clean the floor, but she refused, he warned her and said," if you reject, you will be fired". She left the site quietly and went to the kitchen. In the end of the day the restaurant 's owner asked her to his office. Unfortunately, while she was ascending to the manager's office, she didn't mind her steps, and fell on the floor, her leg was broken. Two of her colleagues accompanied her to the hospital, she took her relief but, despite the contract which was concluded between Sara and the owner, he refused to pay the hospital invoice, as a punitive penalty for her.
