In this meeting you will need to: Provide an introduction to prototyping and testing as per the Design Thinking approach Put together a prototype plan for implementing the innovative idea/s - remember to reinforce the value of innovation and remind the team of the purpose of the activity Review service policies and procedures to remain within required guidelines Assign responsibilities, roles and deliverables for implementing the plan Establish core drivers, milestones and documentation for recording progress and outcomes Determine how you will measure success Determine how you will involve and communicate with stakeholders throughout the testing phase Discuss emotional intelligence and change management strategies for implementing the innovative change that is respectful and considerate of service personnel and community members.
