ABC Motorcycles is building a new manufacturing facility and your operations management and engineering team is charged with developing the facility layout, process flow, value stream map, technology recommendations, and workspace design recommendations for the new motorcycle facility. You are to prepare a recommendation report for this project.

Facility requirements: Build 500 motorcycles per day (250 days a year), manufacturing process includes: frame welding, frame painting, gas tank painting, engine assembly, final assembly and testing.
