Factors that might influence your decision about going into logistics management Open/accepting environment: It is my most important thing I look for in a job because the field is more cishet male dominated and having a safe and comfortable working environment is vital for me as a trans man. I am currently working at a very accepting and queer friendly advertised company and even still I have been bullied and purposely misgendered and belittled by managers. So, when I settle down into my career, I do not want to end up in the same type of environment and want to be safe and supported by my managers, team members, and suboordinates Flexibility Being able to have a flexible work schedule is quite important because I have various family needs that come up and I need to be able to be a part of when it needed. Benefits being offered are important, but I don't necessarily have very much preference on the type of benefits. Livable wage Money is an important factor to take into consideration, but it isn't that important to me if I really enjoy the work. Continuous learning/education I would love the oppurtunities to continue to build on
