Facts of the client, Tammy Gold are as follows: Tammy has met with your Boss, Daniel Miller of Miller and Miller, LLC., to represent her in the appeal of two convictions that she has received in the Circuit Court Of St. Louis County, Criminal Division after a jury Trial. Tammy was convicted of 1st degree robbery and armed criminal action for her alleged robbery of an elderly man walking on Washington Avenue in Florissant, Missouri on the evening of 12/15/23. Tammy had a jury Trial and was represented by Sandra Smith who entered as Legal Counsel for Tammy the day of her arraignment and had only read the police report on the incident as preparation. Ms. Smith did not interview her client, Tammy, before going to the arraignment but did recommend to Tammy that she plead "Guilty" in the hopes that the charge of armed criminal action would be dismissed as Tammy claimed she only had a knife in her possession that night. Although Ms. Smith made no promises to Tammy, Tammy was scared so she told the Court in her confession that she was "Guilty". After the arraignment then Tammy had a Trial and the Jury found her guilty on both charges. The Judge explained all consequences to her and then sentenced her to 20 years in prison. Tammy wants to file a Motion as to the ineffective assistance of her Legal Counsel, Ms. Smith, and has now hired your Boss to do so. Before Mr. Miller takes her case, he wants you to see if you can find any cases on point that would be helpful to Tammy or not. Read the opinion of Ames v. State Of Missouri, 956 S.W. 2d 410 (Mo App S.D. 1997). Once you have read the Ames, id., opinion then write a three paragraph discussion on whether this case is on point with Tammy's facts and the Law and what outcome a Motion For Ineffective Assistance Of Counsel would have for Tammy and why using the facts and assigned case. I am looking for analysis on the client matter and Ames, id,_only. Don't do any further legal research. If you quote anything then cite it so as not to commit plagerism
