Nicholles and Weissenguru agreed to enter into a contract for the sale of the 50-acre parcel for $50,000. Weissenguru agreed to pay $1,000 at the time of closing and $49,000 whenever he developed the land and sold it. There was no limit on Weissenguru's right to develop the land. The contract also did not include interest on the unpaid portion of money. Nicholles dies two weeks after the contract is finalized and signed.
