Vladimir Rasputin Enterprises, PLLC (VRE) is a distributor of health and beauty products. VRE's most popular product is known as American Reverse Cream Pills. The purpose of the pills is to reverse the undesirable effects of sun exposure resulting in what is commonly known as suntan. When ingested, the pills operated to reverse the effects of the sun's rays on the human body, reverting the body back to its natural tone. One of the ingredients in American Reverse Cream Pills is panatryaxathinalinonin, an additive that permits the cells within the human body to absorb modifications made by the sun's rays, thereby restoring the skin tone to the natural tone. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved the use of panatryaxathinalinonin in items intended for human consumption. The FDA became aware the VRE was marketing and selling the pills and that each contained 10,000 milligrams of panatryaxathinalinonin. The FDA filed a lawsuit, seeking forfeiture and condemnation of 200 cases of American Reverse Cream Pills in the possession of VRE.
