Facts: You and several of your colleagues happened to be walking past Holland's office where he was reading the local newspaper. Seeing you, he invites you all in "I was just reading another article on the former Baltimore Police Gun Trace Task Force, the unit whose members were convicted of drug sales, intimidation, corruption and other abused of authority. It struck me that all of these officers were certified by the Maryland state agency responsible for determining who is authorized to enforce the law in the State of Maryland.
