Failure to View the risk in a larger context of the organization leads to poor risk identification process. The organization should consider the risk across the whole organization rather than a single business unit. Relying on a single risk identification method leads to failure (William, 2017']. The methods should be varying across different respondents. Each group of respondents should be treated differently. More so, using a wide array of methods produces a comprehensive list of risks. For example, a participant would rather write something on a questionnaire instead of mentioning it in a workshop
