Paying an employee a fair wage can boost not only work ethic, but make the member feel valued (Nagele-Piazza, 2020). It is important to remember other relevant factors as well, including the needs of the company. Financial capabilities, company size, and economic impact can play a large part in the pay that can by offered. As well, making sure all employees feel that their work level and position are fairly compensated so that resentment, or individuals leaving the company to better find pay they believe they are worthy of (Nguyen,2023). All of these factors are extremely important, and HR representatives must make sure to analyze the data they have to best suit the needs of not only the company, but the employees
