Pension contribution by the corporation and other fringe benefit are to be calculated at 10% of the basic pay. It is the company policy to depreciate all buses on a straight line method over 5years Maintenance and repairs are carried out in the company workshop which employs six mechanics at an average remuneration of #36,000 per annum each. The forecast cost of maintenance material and spare parts is #150,000 7 of the total cost of maintenance is attributable to 14 seater bus and balance to the 35 seater bus Corporation administration coat including premises charges are budgeted at #1,200,000.
