question: Record your questions and the child's responses? Goal: What did the child do and say during the experience that demonstrated the child was working towards your learning goal? Did the experience offer the child the expected degree of challenge? (Did you have to adapt the experience, provide unexpected support, extend the challenge etc.) ? Comment on (where appropriate) how the experience provided opportunities for the child to be an active decision-maker; engage in a degree of risk-taking, experimentation, decision-making or investigating etc? Now that you have delivered your experience, critically reflect on your pedagogical skills as an educator. (e.g., your organisational skills of preparation, planning, setup, transitioning children to and from, supervision and safety, how you supported/encouraged/engaged the children; use of scaffolding;

flexibility and adaptability etc. Your confidence as an effective communicator, your confidence in your knowledge of child development and how children learn etc.)
