Feedback on the following Facts: Enzo, a chemist, has designed a new drug. Seeking advice and startup money, Enzo contacted an online company called IP Specialists to help him patent his new drug and bring the drug to market. IP advertised it services on the internet to anyone in the U.S. seeking help with patent and related licensing/marketing services. IP required Enzo to invest $100,000 of his own money in the new company they promised to create with additional investors. After the initial agreement, Ali a representative from IP visited Enzo's lab and copied his research materials relating to the new drug and his personal files and information "to avoid any surprises" that may arise from Enzo's background. However, after a few months, communication with IP stopped and Enzo cannot reach Ali or their offices in Hong Kong. IP does not have a physical office located in the U.S., but Ali spends time in the U.S. meeting with prospective clients. A drug identical to the one Enzo created has been marketed in South America and Asia. Enzo has also has a logo for his startup company created by Margo, a graphics designer that he dated a few months ago.
