Fellowship Corporation is a delivery service, specializing in urgent deliveries to remote, dangerous locations. Fellowship's courier, Frodo, is out one day making deliveries. He is on foot, traveling through a cave. He is behind schedule and starts running frantically through the cave, making a great deal of noise, rousing the cave creatures and causing the ceiling to collapse. A spelunker, Bal, gets injured in the collapse. Bal sues Fellowship over Frodo's negligence. Who prevails and why?
