Waqes Calculation Rate Normal hours rate Overtime rate Weekend rate Unit measure 1 hour 1 hour 1 hour Price 90 135 180 Payment terms and conditions: Subcontract Price: As per the statement of work completion, the construction contractor must pay subcontractor price. Holdback: For every payment according to the progress of the work, Constructor Contractor will hold 10% of the payment requested. The holdback will be released after the warranty period, unless it is identified any deficiencies in the work done. a) A draft application with the invoice details should be submitted by the sub contractor to the construction contractor before 25th of every month. b) The payment shall only be processed if the work is completed as per the scope in the given schedule at that given time for the previous work. c) The construction contractor should provide the amount on the first of the following month. d) The sub-contractor can only submit one invoice for a station in a month. e) If the subcontractor does not provide the invoice on or before 25th of the month then the payment will not be processed. f) If the contractor does not agree the amount updated in the draft application invoice then the amount with conflict will not be released until the discussion is completed. g) Failure to follow these terms may result in inefficiencies and avoidable delays in receiving payment and settling accounts; the Construction Contractor will not be liable for any claims related to the late payment of 13
