ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND In this assignment, we choose Nexus Resort Karambunai to identify a workplace problem and examine ways to resolve it. It located 30km North East of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah surround by million year old of tropical rainforest and the distant majesty of Mount Kinabalu as backdrop.
