Final Cash Distribution to Partners On Jan. 1, 2006, the partnership of Vagilidad, Rubite and Cruz decided to liquidate. At that time, the condensed statement of financial position showed the following: Cash P 250.000 Liabilities P400.000 Non-cash Assets 470.000 Vagilidad, Capital 200.000 Rubite, Capital 100.000 Cruz, Capital 20.000 P 720.000 P720.000 Profits and losses are shared in the following manner: 40% to Vagilidad, 20% to Rubite and 40% to Cruz. During Jan. 2006, the other assets were sold and the creditors were fully paid. The remaining cash was distributed to the partners on Jan. 31. Required: Determine the amount of cash to be distributed to each partner assuming that 1. The non-cash assets are sold for P600,000 2. The non-cash assets are sold for P200,000 and that all the partners did not contribute additional funds into the partnership for deficits in their capital accounts
