The PM that was supposed to lead the project left the company. You have 1 year to complete the project or face a $10,000 penalty per day. The primary objectives are: Train all employees on the new software Focus on daily bank transactions Reporting to CRA on a weekly basis Encrypt the personal data of customers Integrate into the bank mobile app Manage a group of 15 developers, 25 QA and 5 functional staff HINT: Read the basic concepts of SDLC.
