Please(1)find what is arguably a dangerous condition and/or likely violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).As is the case with signs, we encounter dangerous conditions or violations on a daily basis, but never really stop to think about them.You may findyour dangerous condition or violation while walking down the street, in a grocery store, gas station, restaurant, hotel, amusement bark, beach, etc.

Examples of dangerous conditions or ADA violations would include:

- Anything faulty in a building or otherwise.

- Any condition which may exist for a short time period (i.e., a banana peel on the ground) which has not yet been made safe.

- Too narrow of hallways or doors,lack of a wheelchair ramp, pool without a lift, signs that say "no pets" allowed, etc.

- You name it!

Please then (2)describe the following with respect to your dangerous condition or violation:

(1) What is your impression of the dangerous condition or violation?Did you tell anyone about it so they could fix it?

(2) Give directions to where this particular dangerous condition or violation is in West Michigan or otherwise.Then, any of us could travel there to verify or fix it if we need to.Treasure maps would again be useful.
