The aim of this final project is to prepare a business plan for the launch of a new potential business of your choice. The business plan will be prepared in an attempt to convince individuals of the commercial viability of your business idea.
Assessment Criteria: Refer to the full marking rubric in Blackboard, please not that each group should work together and fill out the 5 activities templates based on their business idea throughout the semester.

OTHER GENERAL RULES Rules and Regulations: Student absence exceeding 25% of the course allocated time results in deprivation from the final exam. In the event of absence from midterm exam, only officially valid excuses will be considered and the make-up exam will take place at the end of the semester. Cheating and Plagiarism: According to Wong (2011), According to Wong (2011), "plagiarism refers to the use of others' ideas and presenting them as your own." Plagiarism is defined in the dictionary as "stealing" and "theft" which is ultimately true. When you copy someone else's work and pass it as your own, you are actually stealing.
Plagiarism Mark Deduction in the course work: Student will lose 2% of work grade if the percentage of plagiarism is less than 30% and more than 20%. Student will lose 5% of work grade if the percentage of plagiarism is less than 45% and more than 30%. Student will get Zero if the percentage of plagiarism is 45% or more. The instructor needs to check SafeAssign report generated by the Blackboard to ensure that the student is eligible to the mark deduction. More information are explained in the courses guidelines file.
The consequences of committing plagiarism in the exams: In case of plagiarism in the exam, the Discipline Committee will decide the consequence after the investigation and decide on of the following consequences: Cancel the exam for the student in the course where the incident happened (the student will take zero in the exam). Cancel the exam for the student in the course where the incident happened and another course (the student will take zero in the exams of the two courses). Cancel the exams for the student in all of her course (the student will take zero in all of the exams).
Students Feedback: The period of submitting feedback to the student depends on the number of students the instructor teaches in the course according to the following table:

Late submission of the course requirements: Students are required to submit all course requirements (including assignments and project) on time. In case of the late submission, the following rules should be applied:
Less than 24 hours late 5% of the respected course requirement grade 24 hours to 48 hours late 10 % of the respected course requirement grade 48 hours to 72 hours late 20 % of the respected course requirement grade 72 hours to 95 hours late 30% of the respected course requirement grade 95 hours to 120 hours late 40% of the respected course requirement grade More than 120 hours late No credit
In case the student has a valid excuse of the late submission, the excuse should be submitted to the department to accept it or reject it and whether any of the deduction policies should be applied or not.
Courses Guidelines The students are requested to read the courses guidelines to be aware about the courses rules and regulations.
Additional Note: Students must bring all textbooks, notes to class every class. Class will begin on time and students are expected to be on time.
