Your project consists of the creation of an earthquake prediction tool. You will use data from the USGS provided here:(https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/feed/v1.0/csv.php) Using earthquakes occurred in the last 30 days in the Puerto Rico area (as per latitude and longitude) including magnitude, location, and duration, you will generate a prediction of occurrence based on average occurrence by time for magnitudes less than 3, between 3 and 5, between 5 and 6, and stronger than 6 for the next seven days. The program must include at least one class.
