Final Research Paper Overview

The final capstone of your Advanced Leadership course is to write a 3-5 page research paper on theories of group dynamics and effective teamwork. These can be theories discussed in the course, or theories that you have found interesting through your own research. Your paper should adequately summarize the hallmarks of your chosen theories, their pros and cons, and how they appear in today's world. Your paper should be written in APA format, using at least 5 citations from peer-reviewed journal articles.
