Final "Strategic Management Plan" (10-15 page) - Final Case/Company Write Up: TESLA

Your Final Case/Company Write-Up should have some strong recommendations at the end for the company to follow in order to stay in existence, relevant, and profitable while growing (market share or internationally). While not required if you come up with options 1, 2, and 3 or a Plan A, B, and or C of your strategic plan that would be a plus and note MBAs are required to do that in most universities. Companies want to ensure their profitability/market share/relevance or the future so chose a company that is known and that you can find plenty of information on to make your recommendations for its future. (Note: You may use any format for your "Strategic Plan").

Ok, for the final Strategic Plan you to choose (Only One Business)TESLA, a large publicly traded company, or a real small business or a mid-sized business and follow a Strategic Plan Format (use or mimic the content sections, where appropriate) of an excellent useful Plan that you found for and "Create your very own Strategic Plan" on the one business you chose). The part of the plan that will determine the pass final for me is the "Recommendation

Section" (So, everyone please finish your Strategic Plan with a Recommendation Section (at the end at least 1 page minimum at the end before the references). Basically, at the end; you will say where the company is heading in the future. Basically, you will strategically look/analyze the company and chart its future (market share increase and or increased profits or use of resources).
