Find a high-profile criminal case that was solved through DNA evidence. Cold cases are excellent examples of this. In your writing, describe the case and how DNA evidence was used to solve the crime. Would they have been able to solve the crime without DNA evidence? What other evidence were they able to obtain throughout the investigation?
