The answer should be in the standard format for cases detailing the five different sections :

Executive summary - Introduction & Background - Alternatives - Recommendations - Implementation

The first priority will be to settle on a non-profit organization. As you develop your background information, try to understand what issues can be identified and then work through the format for resolving what you perceive as issues .
