1. What would happen if that trademark would be challenged in court? If it has been challenged in court, what was/is the outcome? Would it be possible to find that your selection would become generic, and if so, who would lose?
2. Copyright: Find a copyright, be it a book, music, photography, movie, tattoo, etc. Do research and explain when and why it was copyrighted, and if there have been challenges to this copyright. Provide me with any circumstance presented in modern times (last 20 years) when someone has claimed the fair use doctrine when using a copyright.
3. Patent: Call out a design patent and tell me when it was created and when it expires.
4. Trade Secret: Find a trade secret that is protected in the world of technology or design and write about when was it protected, what it is, and why you agree or disagree about its filing to be protected under UTSA
