Find an article that is relevant to \"Management and Organization Behavior\" and do a brief writeup of that article. The article needs to from a credible OB source, which means one that specializes in OB topics, practice, or research (Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management Journal, etc.). Your paper should: 1. Summarize the main points of the article. 2. Provide a discussion on the topics involved: why are they important? What should the reader take away from the article? What implications might the article's points have for organizations? 3.
