Tow companies XYZ and ABC agreed on profit sharing ratio between them 20:80 in all cases except when profit is greater than benchmark, if the profit exceed JPY 600,000, which is the benchmark, ABC will have the first JPY.150,000 and the remaining, will be shared on profit ratio 40:60.

Calculate below for both cases (1. Profit is JPY 150,000 , 2. Profit is JPY 850,000) :

a.Capital invested by ABC in JPY.

b.Capital invested by XYZ in JPY.

c.Profit/losses incurred by ABC and XYZ after first year in JPY.

d.Profit/losses incurred by ABC and XYZ after second year in JPY.

e.ABC and XYZ claims at the end of investments in JPY.

f.ABC and XYZ claims at the end of investments in USD.
