Find one empirical research papers (less than 15 pages article within latest 5 years findings) from any of these publication database (emerald group publishing, science direct, web of science, Scopus, researchgate.net or google scholar or any other academic database related to strategic management linked topics).

These empirical articles should be based on observation and measurement of phenomena in a particular company or environment, and they include some results based on real life experience and some recommendations. Read the article to get an understanding of the main idea. Read the article again with a critical eye. An article critique requires you to critically read a piece of research and identify and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the article.

Prepare an article critique on the paper by not only give critical and negative feedback on an article, but both positive praise and negative criticism on the paper. Then apply these papers' results and recommendations to your own current company in the form of an action plan.

Your report should provide the following information and analysis:

• Start with a summary of article and followed by a critique of the paper which should include the credentials of the author/s; whether the chosen methods appropriate to answer the research question; whether there is evidence of biasness or a conflict of interest; whether the article is timely and relevant or is it outdated and whether the author/s ground their research in theory and previous literature.
• Then based on your recommendations from the article, provide an action plan for your current company.
