Find out the wrong/right RGB values in a 16bit coloring system

I) R=10, G=32, B=23

ii) R=40, G=27, B=30

iii) R=33, G=42, B=41

iv) R=30, G=31, B=31

I was taught that all have 5 bits and 1 shows transparency could you show it this way please give me detailed answers, thank you.
