I think that when I read the problem situation I was clear about the problem, reducing security cost for Electrolux. Then when I continued reading the content provided in the definition I started to get a little bit confused if this was just IT related security, hence security of on premises located servers or just general security for all premises that Electrolox operates. So maybe add a little about that in the definition as it could make it clearer to understand the concept map too as it is only related to cyber security. What I understand part of the problem is that even though Electrolux is outsourcing security in Europe, security still is too costly.

When it comes to alternative ideas, maybe they could have been more diversified in the different solutions, but I know that IT infrastructure in not an easy problem to solve and understand. When reading the alternatives I started to wonder if this is a cost problem only for Egypt that is being charged high amounts for the services conducted in Europe, or if the current solution is is not effective enough? So my feedback here as a receiver of information is to make that clear in the problem definition before presenting the alternatives as it would have made it easier to understand the alternative solutions.

Solution and justification, it is clearly described, to give some feed back it would give a wider context if it would be clear on where the security solution would have been located. I understand the solution is that Electrolux is building a security capability in Egypt, both to reduce cost in the organisation as a whole and for Egypt. That may help the reader to understand if the solutions is still outsourced or insourced and managed by the Electrolux organisation in Egypt?

Implementation plan, great that the plan is building on the risk management plan, because hopefully this plan is worked out to have mitigations already identified. Maybe here it could be added about on how and if the implementation and risk management plan should be re-interated as the security solution would be implemented?

Concept map, It is a good concept map for Cyber security, maybe it could have also talked about physical security of premises too and how that is interrelating with cyber security? This is to add to the understanding of the context. Also maybe it can be added how the different concepts of cyber security interrelates with each other rather than stand alone? Maybe add Security as the core and then Cyber security as a branch of that?

so the question is to give a reflection by analysing this feedback
