Finding Good Directors? In response to a survey by the American Association of Bank Directors, nearly one quarter of the 80 banks that responded had directors resign, refuse positions, or refuse to serve on the board loan committee out of a fear of personal liability in the previous five years. Is it fair to say that these issues are more acute at smaller banking organizations?
