Finishing the class this week, you will revisit what you reviewed during the class. As a part of that review, present a scenario or experience related to what has been examined and you witnessed as a guest or as an employee. Describe the circumstances of the scenario and evaluate what transpired and the results of the policies or decisions that were applied in reaction to the conditions described. Evaluate the outcome and whether or not there was evidence of preventative management or the STEM process. If neither was present, explain how either could have been applied to change the outcome. As a part of yourevaluation, determine and analyze legal implications or questions.
