First, define the problem on one sticky note. For example, propose new initiatives addressing Danone's 2030 goals. Second, divide your Jamboard in different sections to allocate workspace for each team member, and an additional section titled "Idea Wall". Third, share the Jamboard with all team members. Then, give the team members about 10 minutes to come up with ideas. Each team member will keep adding one idea per sticky note in their workspace on the Jamboard until the 10 minutes are up.
