First, pick two of the theoretical concepts (i.e., concepts indicate a theory. Second, say to which theory each of the variables you chose relates, human capital, labor market discrimination, or occupational segregation and how it relates. Then, third, using the ACS data dictionary in the course materials, find two variables you think might indicate your concepts. Remember to look at person-level variables, as opposed to the household variables, in the ACS data dictionary. Finally, and fourth, you will say what kind of measures the ACS variables are (i.e., nominal, ordinal, interval, or ratio)
