Cleaner emailed his resume to the designated email address, which documented his experience as a highly qualied cleaner and stated in the body of the email \"I accept your job offer and can start next Monday, November 8, 2021." On November 8, 2021, Cleaner phoned University and inquired why he had not heard back from them regarding his email. University explained that they never received the email in question and did not know why.
