Firstly need to design an HR Department for a fictitious company which will be a construction company who builds and renovated. The company is brand new, and it is private sector and  non-union with approximately 500 employees. I need to choose the type of business, company name and structure and only recruite the members of the HR department I have structured.  (how do i do this ^)

Describe the organization and the department where your recruitment and selection process will take place.
