Fisherman Catching In addition to the government which has developed several applications for fishermen, the private sector has also participated to make it easier for fishermen in terms of selling and distributing their catch in order to cut the middlemen's chain which minimizes the fishermen's profits. The private company here is your company. The owner of the company asks you to develop an application that can help fishermen with their catch to be processed, developed in the community, sold, to further processing after sale. There have been many applications issued by the government that help fishermen, but your company wants to help beyond the features that have been provided by the government. With the brainstorming that has been done to the fishermen and their distribution channels, you have an idea of what menus will be presented that can help them in terms of sales and significant income. You are asked to develop a Fisherman Net application that benefits both fishermen and companies. You are given 6 months to determine the menus and run the project until the application can be made available on Google Play for a beta version with a target of 500 fishermen & distributors. You are given a complete team from product owner, developer to tester to complete this project. You are very excited about this project because you can develop creativity by determining menus that fishermen and distributors can rely on from your interviews with fishermen and distributors. These menus will be an important part for fishermen in deciding their catch for their next action. But you also have to be smart in mapping out your team, most of which work from home on a half-way rotation, and your boss's hopes are very high that this application will become the next revenue stream to support the company's sustainability.
