Therefore, Mr. Kay, the manager, seek your help as a system analyst to analyse and design a new training registration database system which include all entities including associative entity that considers the following business rules: Fitness Wellness allows an instructor to conduct many trainings in a week but a training program can only be handled by one instructor. The report must consist of TWO (2) report headers, SIX (6) page header, ONE (1) group footer and ONE (1) report footer.
