2. Which competencies are most difficult when working with others? Why?

3. As a follower, which competency best helps determine the strength of connection you have to the leader that you're working with?

4. Are there any competencies that are confusing or that you need assistance in understanding fully?

5. Now, write down the names of two people who you think are good leaders. These can be individuals you personally know or someone in the news or in history that you consider to be a good leader. Ask yourself how willing you would be to follow these leaders if given the opportunity based on the competencies. Consider each competency as you formulate your responses.
