Fix this narrative-During the simulation, I was a bit nervous. However, I believe I was able to build rapport and I was able to create a comfortable and open environment, which allowed the Executive Director, Asha Sharpe to share her thoughts and expectations. This was achieved by maintaining a friendly demeanor, active listening, and attempts to use open-ended questions. However, I know I have room for improvement in the areas of facilitating with confidence and creating a streamlined structure/flow. At times, I was repetitive and would have preferred to have more specific instructions on what the team contribution would be during the process. In the future, I plan to improve my clear agenda. That will help me with structure and feeling more confident
