While in Sarawak, Fizer stayed at Lambada Hotel where the accommodation costs were borne by the company. On the last day of his assignment, Fizer got into a fight with one of the hotel employees. The incident took place while Fizer was drunk. Videos of the incident were uploaded on Facebook by several of the hotel guests and they clearly showed Fizer's abusive actions against the hotel employee. Following the incident, Synovac Sdn. Bhd. referred to you for advice on whether it may terminate Fizer without notice. Advise the company based on one (1) statutory provision and two (2) case authorities relating to the law of employment
