- Target your cover letter to this specific position; all letters will be individual and reflect true and accurate information of the student
- Key the letter in proper Block Letter format with Standard Punctuation(using GDP format)
References:
- Prepare a reference page, using 2 to 3 people who have agreed to provide a reference on your behalf; your reference page will reflect true and accurate information.
- Do not use current professors in your Office Administration Diploma program at Sheridan as references.
- The reference page should be consistent with the font and formatting used in your resume and should include the same letterhead as your resume

Position Overview:
Part-time Executive Office Assistant is required for an information technology company. Our Executive team consists of three busy Executive Directors. We are searching for a professional, personable, and courteous individual to join our fast-paced, high-energy office for 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Daily administrative support to the three Executive Directors
- Creating and editing corporate communications, reports and documents
- Maintaining an organized office
- Designing slide presentations
- Typing letters and memos
- Creating spreadsheets
- Communicating with clients and employees in person, by email and telephone
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous responsibilities
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
